After graduating from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Dave began his career in the field of retirement plan administration in 1975. Over the years, he conducted a wide variety of retirement plan engagements, including actuarial studies, governmental filings, employee communications and plan design reviews.

Dave joined McCabe & Associates in 1985, with his primary emphasis on plan administration. His current responsibilities include heading up McCabe's 401(k) consulting practice. Duties include developing vendor relationships, consulting with current and potential clients regarding plan design, and conducting employee enrollment and investment update meetings.

Dave is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and is a member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists. Registrations held include Series 6 and 63.
